Shipping & Return
- As this all product are custom made we do not accept return unless by slightest chance we deliver you wrong product which is very unlikely. We will provide exchange of that particular product.
- Exchange will be provided if the product is delivered damaged. Customer have to take an unboxing video for the proof of particular damaged product.
- Replacement will only be granted if product is in its original condition with tags, unwashed and original packaging.
- Replacement will only be provided if customer had claimed it within 24 Hours after receiving the order.
- International are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product.
Custom and international shipping:
- Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer has to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
- In the case where additional custom charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
Refund / Cancellation Payment:
- In case of return the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment. In Cash on delivery amount will be refunded on the given bank account within 15 working days.
Delivery Time
- Delivery time is within 7 to 10 days from the order date placed by the customer.
